Am a Banker by experience but a civil engineer by education or profession. I've passed the Broker's Exam way back in 1993 but have not used it until 2006. In the Bank i've handled the Valuation/Appraisal Division for a good number of years covering basically the whole country. In 2007 I took and passed the Appraiser's Exam. Presently i'm an associate of Rai Realty Services Inc., but i also do brokerage and appraisal in my private or personal capacity.
